Smoked reindeer meat

It’s a seasonal dish that we only serve during the fall, winter and early spring. Smoked reindeer meat is absolutely delicious either you’re in the tundra or in a restaurant.

Served with traditinal smoked reindeer, potatoes, mashed turnip and lingonberry jam.

Finnbiff - Reindeer shavings

Finnbiff is not only delicious, tasty and exciting - it is also some of the absolute healthiest meat you can eat. The reindeer live wild, eat healthy, and travel long distances when they graze. They eat many varieties of lichen, herbs and heather, which help to give the meat a unique and mild game taste. 

Served with homemade mashed potatoes, carrots, and lingonberry jam.

Biđus

Biđus is a fantastic dish, a traditional Sami gala dinner. Made with carrots, potatoes, and longcooked reindeer meat. Served with syrup bread.

Stežan

The Sami reindeer schnitzel. Ground reindeer meat and a good breading. The dish originates from Kautokeino and has been given new life with us.  Served with fried potatoes, game salad, onions and lingonberry sour cream.

Luossa - Salmon

Baked in the oven and gives the salmon a crispy skin which tastes amazing. This is a light and fresh dish and has become very popular among our guests.  Served with boiled potatoes, Lemon sour cream and fresh salad.
